Important Information for Ordering, Booking, Delivery, and Privacy
Thank you for choosing The Round Olive. We are committed to providing exceptional service and unforgettable grazing experiences. Please review the following policies before placing an order or booking an event.
Privacy Policy
The Round Olive respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you submit an inquiry, place an order, or book an event, we may collect:

Email Address
Phone Number
Event Details
Delivery Information
Payment Information
Your information is used solely to communicate with you, process orders, coordinate events, and improve our services. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments and fulfill services.
Booking & Payment Policy
A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your event date.
Event Bookings
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Event dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Small Orders
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Payment for Little Olive Luxuries, including boards, boxes, cups, and personalized items, is due at the time of ordering.
Grazing Tables & The Social Olive Charcuterie Cart
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Weddings and large events should be booked as early as possible.
Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the preparation required for each small order, all sales are considered final.
Event Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. We understand plans can change. Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are made at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Deposits become non-refundable within 7 days of the event date due to preparation, scheduling, and purchasing commitments.
If The Round Olive is unable to fulfill an event due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds will be discussed.
Custom Orders
Personalized and custom orders are non-refundable.
Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Delivery & Pickup Policy
The Round Olive proudly serves Baltimore and surrounding Maryland communities.
Delivery
Delivery fees may apply based on location.
Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.
The Round Olive is not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.
Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the scheduled pickup window.
Orders not picked up within the agreed time frame may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Product Availability & Substitutions
The Round Olive strives to use the highest quality ingredients available. Occasionally, certain items may become unavailable due to seasonal changes or supplier shortages. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater quality while maintaining the overall design and value of your order.

Customers are responsible for notifying The Round Olive of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. The Round Olive cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Photography Release
The Round Olive may photograph completed boards, grazing tables, charcuterie carts, and event displays for marketing, social media, and website purposes. If you prefer that your event not be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, submitting a booking inquiry, paying a deposit, or receiving services from The Round Olive, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and terms.
