How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Do you require a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. We understand plans can change. Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are made at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Deposits become non-refundable within 7 days of the event date due to preparation, scheduling, and purchasing commitments.

What areas do you serve?

The Round Olive proudly serves Baltimore and surrounding Maryland communities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can create grazing experiences for intimate gatherings as well as large events. Contact us for a customized quote based on your guest count.

Do you offer custom menus?

Absolutely! We work with clients to create grazing experiences that match their event, preferences, and vision.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We can accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian options. Please discuss any dietary needs when submitting your inquiry.

What is included with The Social Olive Charcuterie Cart?

Our cart experience includes setup, styling, serving display, and a curated selection of premium grazing items. Specific offerings may vary based on your package.

What is included with a grazing table?

Our grazing tables typically include artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, crackers, olives, nuts, sweets, and seasonal accompaniments. Each table is customized to your event.

Do you provide setup and cleanup?

We provide professional setup for all grazing tables and cart experiences. Cleanup details will be discussed based on your selected package.

Can I customize my Little Olive Board, Box, or Cup?

Yes! Many of our Little Olive Luxuries can be customized with your favorite selections and special add-ons.

What are The Round Olive Add-Ons?

Our add-ons include personalized cheese lettering, themed styling, specialty items, custom signage, and other enhancements to make your Olive Moment even more memorable.

Can I add a name or age made from cheese?

Yes! Our popular "Say It With Cheese" add-on allows you to personalize your board with a name, age, initials, or short phrase crafted from cheese.

How do I receive a quote?

Simply complete our Reserve Your Olive Moment inquiry form. We'll review your event details and contact you within 24-48 hours with a customized proposal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

We'll review your information, contact you to discuss your event, provide a customized quote, and guide you through securing your date.
